Asahi Shinbun today reports results to public opinion polls relating to support for political parties.

All figures are percentages, rounded to the nearest integer. This is only a selection of questions and answers from the survey. Where four figures appear in a row they represent results from surveys this year (2009) in the following order : 4th-5th July, 18th-19th July, 1st-2nd August, 15th-16th August.
